I was looking for a good price on a new blu-ray after our dvd player died. This Sony unit was excellent and was a great price. The picture quality is very nice on the blu-rays and it upscales our regular dvd’s to HD. It was very easy to set up and included the HDMI cable. I highly recommend this unit. Read more...

I bought this machine secondhand for 35.00 without knowing the troubles she had. I went ahead and burned the Latest firmware (5.20) into a disk and as soon as I took her out of the box I updated it before use.
Now she operates very smooth and with no frills and issues!!
